Mr. Shobhit Saharia, learned counsel for the revisionist.

Mr. Pankaj Joshi, learned B. H. for the State. This criminal revision is preferred against the judgment and order dated 23.11.2021 passed by Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board in Inquiry No.68 of 2021 pending before the Juvenile Justice Board, Dehradun.

Heard.

From the perusal of the impugned order dated 23.11.2021, the matter was fixed for recording the statement of prosecution witness; since, the prosecution witnesses were not present before the Juvenile Justice Board, accordingly, the matter was listed for the evidence on 07.12.2021; by the impugned order, simply the matter has been directed to be fixed for 07.12.2021, however, at the margin of the order sheet, bailable warrant worth Rs.10,000/- have been directed to be issued against the revisionist, which is against the Juvenile Justice Rules.

Learned counsel for the State prays for and allowed two weeks' time to seek instruction(s).

List on 11.01.2022.

In the meantime, the process issued against the witness (Yashyashvjee Raje Singh) will be kept in abeyance.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to learned counsel for the revisionist, today itself, as per rules.
