                          JUDGMENT

Petitioner made a complaint against respondent no.4. Director Medical Health and Family Welfare, Kumaon asked the petitioner to furnish affidavit and evidence, in support of the allegations made in his contention. Thus, feeling aggrieved petitioner has approached this Court.

2. Petitioner's counsel has raised various contentions against respondent no.4. However, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

3. Having regard to the submission made by petitioner's counsel that petitioner will file an affidavit, in support of his complaint before respondent no.2 within two weeks from today, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file such affidavit before respondent no.2 within two weeks. If petitioner files such

affidavit, respondent no.2 shall proceed in the matter as per law.
