                                  Hon'ble R.C. Khulbe, J.

Mr. S.K. Shandilya, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Sachin Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the revisionist Ms. Meena Bisht, learned B.H. for the State.

This revision is preferred against the judgment dated 30.03.2019 passed by learned Addl. Judge, Family Court, Roorkee, District Haridwar, in Misc. Case No.26 of 2018, 'Km. Sanjana Vs. Vikram Singh'.

Since the revision is time barred, hence delay condonation application (CRMA No.108 of 2020) has been filed. Notices were issued to the private respondent on the said application, but in spite of service, none is present to oppose the application.

In view of sufficiency of grounds shown, delay condonation application is allowed. Delay in preferring the revision is condoned.

Admit.

Issue fresh notice to the respondent no.2. Steps to be taken within seven days. List immediately after service.
