JUDGMENT
According to the petitioner, he has made representation to Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits on 29.07.2021, but no decision thereupon has been taken.
2. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to respondent no. 3 to take decision on the said representation.
3. Learned counsels appearing for the respondents have no objection if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 3 to take decision in the matter.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Assistant Registrar (respondent no. 3) to decide petitioner's representation, in accordance with law, within ten weeks from today.
5. It goes without saying that before taking any decision, Registrar shall hear all the stakeholders, including respondent no. 4.
