                         JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Tarun Lakhera, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as per his instructions received from the petitioner, the order dated 14.12.2016 passed by Division Bench of this Court in WPSB No. 349 of 2015, as modified vide order dated 11.06.2019, has been complied with.

2. In view of the statement so made by learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this contempt petition.

3. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. Notices issued to the opposite parties are hereby discharged.
