After hearing the learned Counsels for the parties at length, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to admit the second appeal, at this stage.

The appellants of the other connected Second Appeals, who have already preferred the connected second appeals against the common judgment, they are not required to be served with the notices by the appellant of this second appeal, as they are already represented by their respective counsel, who takes notice.

Issue notice to the respondents who are not appearing. The appellant would take steps for serving the un-appeared respondents in the present second appeal within a period of ten days from today.

List this appeal along with WPMS No. 129 of 2019 and with the aforesaid Second Appeals, immediately after the service of notices on the un-appeared respondents.
