Heard Learned Counsel Mr. S. Bhattacharjee appears for the

applicant-petitioner.

The applicant-petitioner has challenged the order dated

14.05.2025 passed by Learned Judge, Family Court, Belonia,

South Tripura in connection with Case No.Maint.21 of 2023. Along

with this petition a separate application for condoning delay of 213

days is filed and also a separate application for staying operation

of the said judgment is also filed.

Let notice be issued upon the respondent in the application

for condonation of delay and also for application of suspension

petition filed by the petitioner challenging the judgment of the

Learned Family Judge.

The applicant-petitioner may take steps for service of notice

upon the respondent both by normal process and also by

registered A/D post or speed post within seven days and file proof

of service.
