BEFORE HON'BLE JUSTICE DR. T. AMARNATH GOUD Order 12/03/2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. This is an application filed under Section 151 CPC for a direction to release deposited amount of Rs.25,000/- to the appellant-applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that since the appeal has been disposed of, the statutory deposit be released in favour of the applicant. Learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any objection. Accordingly, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the statutory deposited amount. Registry is directed to do the needful in this regard. In view of the same, this application is allowed and thus disposed of.
