Learned Counsel, Mr. Kabrabam Dhirendra Singha is

present on behalf of the petitioner.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is filed for

setting aside the order dated 08.08.2025 passed by Learned

Special Judge(CBI), West Tripura, Agartala in connection with

No.R.C.0202023A00006, CBI, ACB, Shillong.

It is the case of the petitioner that the present

petitioner was one of the Directors of Life Partner Construction

Private Limited Company and against him and two others, a case

was filed at Dharmanagar PS in the year 2021. Initially, the case

was conducted by CID, Tripura but thereafter, as per order of the

Government, the case was addressed to CBI and the CBI on

conclusion of investigation has laid charge-sheet against this

present petitioner and two others to the Court of Learned Special

Judge(CBI), West Tripura, Agartala, which is still pending for

disposal. Before the Learned Trial Court, the petitioner filed one

application for defreezing his respective bank account which has

been dismissed by the Learned Special Judge and challenging that

order, this present petition is filed by the petitioner invoking the

jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

Learned DSGI, Mr. Bidyut Majumder appeared on

behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and accepted notice. Thus,

formal notice upon all the respondents is waived.

At this stage, Learned DSGI sought time to obtain

necessary instruction and to file objection.

Request is considered.

List the matter on 10.02.2026.

In the meantime, the respondents may file their

objection in the form of affidavit supplying copy to the other side.
