HIGH COURT OF TRIPURA
AGARTALA
W.P.(C) 515/2025
Sri Kartik Debbarma & 2 ors. ----Petitioner(s)
Versus
The State of Tripura & 5 ors. ----Respondent(s)
For Petitioner(s) : Dr. Mihirlal Roy, Advocate Mr. D. Paul, Advocate For Respondent(s) : Mr. K. De, Addl. GA
BEFORE HON'BLE JUSTICE DR. T. AMARNATH GOUD Order 02/02/2026
It is seen from the office note that notices have been served upon respondent
Nos. 5 and 6, but there is no representation from the side of respondents nos. 5
and 6. Counter affidavit has been filed by respondent Nos. 1 to 4.
However, this court deems it fit to give them one more opportunity.
In all fairness, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that they
are not seeking any relief and have no grievance against respondent nos. 5 and
6. Their only grievance is with the action of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 where the
ACP of the petitioners was not properly fixed and they are deprived in terms of
monetary benefits in fixing their pay.
In view of the above submission, list the matter on 09.02.2026.
