It is seen from record that the respondent is duly represented by his engaged counsel, Mr. Diptanu Debnath on the strength of Vakalatnama.

This is an application filed by the applicants for condoning delay of 502 days in preferring the connected appeal.

Having heard the submissions made at the Bar on behalf of the

applicants and after going through the averments made in the application, this

Court is of the view that the averments made in the application are self-

explanatory and thus, the same stand allowed.

Accordingly, the interlocutory application is allowed and

disposed of.
