Heard Learned Senior Counsel, Mr. Purusuttam Roy Barman

assisted by Learned Counsel, Mr. Dipjyoti Paul appearing on behalf of the

petitioners. Also heard Learned Counsel, Ms. Pinki Chakraborty appearing on

behalf of the respondents-State.

By way of filing the present writ petition, the petitioner has

prayed for pay parity with the reference post, i.e., Superintendent under the

Directorate of Handloom, Handicrafts & Sericulture, Govt. of Tripura.

It was submitted by Learned Counsel for the petitioner that the

petitioner approached to the authority by submitting representation but that

was not considered.

In view of the above, issue notice upon the respondents.

Since Learned Counsel, Ms. Pinki Chakraborty appears and

accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents, issuance of formal notice is

waived.

List the matter on 17.07.2026. The respondents may file their

reply, if they so desire, supplying copy to the other side.
