This Criminal Revision Petition under Section 401 read with

Section 397 of Cr.P.C is filed challenging the judgment dated

13.02.2026 passed Ld. Sessions Judge, Gomati District, Udaipur in

connection with Crl. Appeal No. 19 of 2025. By the said judgment and

order of sentence Ld. Session Judge has upheld the judgment and order

of conviction and sentence dated 05.08.2025 passed by Ld. JM 1st

Class, Court No.1, Udaipur, Gomati in connection with Case No.

C.R(N.I) 26 of 2021 under Section 138 of N.I Act.

Heard Learned Counsel Mr. Arjun Acharjee, appearing on

behalf of the petitioner as well as Mr. Raju Datta, Learned PP appearing

on behalf of the respondents.

Let the revision petition be admitted for hearing.

Issue usual notice.

Call for the records.

Registry be asked to prepare the Paper Book and supply the

same to the Learned Counsel for the parties.

Issue notice upon the respondent No.1.

The petitioner shall take steps for service of notice upon the

respondent No.1, both by normal process and by registered post or

speed post with A/D within a week from today and file proof of service.
