This petition under Section 528 of BNSS is filed for quashing

the order dated 24.02.2026 passed by Learned Sessions Judge,

Gomati District, Udaipur in connection with Case No.S.T.(T-1) 06

of 2026 arising out Women R.K. Pur P.S. Case No.44 of 2025.

Heard Learned Counsel Mr. A. Acharjee for the petitioner.

Learned P.P. is present for the State.

At this stage Learned P.P. submitted that since today is the

first day so a direction to be given to the prosecution to produce

the CD and it was further submitted that it would be convenient if

the record is called for from the Court of Learned Sessions Judge.
