Heard Mr. Saugat Datta, Learned Counsel on behalf of the

petitioner.

The petitioner has filed the connected revision petition

challenging the judgment and order dated 28.08.2025 passed by the

Learned Addl. Judge, Family Court, Agartala, Tripura in connection with

case No. Crl. Misc. No.592/2024 and along with the petition under

Section 5 of the Limitation Act, for condoning the delay of 16 days in

preferring the revision petition.

Issue notice upon the private respondent.

The petitioner may take step for service of notice upon the

private respondent both in the IA and also in the revision petition by

normal process and registered post with A/D or Speed post within seven

(7) days and file proof of service.

List the matter on 04.05.2026.
