respondent-accused.
This is an application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation
Act for condoning the delay of 109 days in preferring the appeal
challenging the judgment and order of acquittal dated 18.06.2024
delivered by Learned CJM, Gomati District, Tripura in connection
with case No. CR(NI) No.22 of 2020.
At this stage, Learned Counsel for the respondent-accused
submits that the respondent-accused intends to file an objection
against the petition for condonation application. So, he sought
accommodation accordingly.
Considered.
Accommodation is granted.
The respondent is at liberty to file objection on or before the
next date furnishing copy to the other side.
