Heard learned counsel for both the sides.
Mr. Purusuttam Roy Barman, learned senior counsel, for
the petitioner submits that already an appeal has been filed against
the judgment of this Court and stay has been granted.
Learned Advocate General submits that as the matter
has been stayed by the Division Bench, there is no element of
contempt further subsisting.
Hearing will be done on this point.
