Mr. Arijit Bhowmik, learned counsel appearing for the respondents

submits that he has received instructions that the SLP which was preferred

by the Agartala Municipal Corporation against the judgment dated 19 th

February, 2024 being Serial No. 63, Diary No.39779/2024 was taken up by

the Apex court yesterday. He seeks time to appraise the court.

Accordingly, let the matters be listed on 1st October, 2024.
