Heard Mr. B.N. Majumder, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. B. Paul, learned counsel as well as Mr. N. Majumder, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-contemnors.
It is submitted by Mr. N. Majumder, learned counsel appearing for the respondents-TSECL that against the impugned judgment and order dated 06.01.2023 passed in WP(C) No.144 of 2022, the respondents-TSECL has preferred an intra-court appeal before the Division Bench of this Court, wherein the Division Bench has set aside the impugned judgment and order passed by this court.
In this view of the matter, the instant contempt petition does not lie, and, thus stands dropped.
