collected the same. He further seeks time for collecting the paper-book to get ready with

court that the subject matter involved in this appeal is squarely covered by the judgment

dated 30.05.2023 passed in The General Manager Project vs. Sri Nanda Lal Bhowmik and

Anr by this Court and a copy of the said judgment has been furnished by the counsel for

the respondents.
