Let Commercial Appeal No.02 of 2023 be tagged along with

the instant appeal as both arise out of the common impugned judgment

dated 16.02.2022 passed by the District Commercial Court, West Tripura,

Agartala in Commercial Suit No.10 of 2016 and Commercial Suit No.06 of

2016. Both the appeals suffer from a delay of 130 days for condonation of

which interlocutory application has been filed. Private respondents have

filed objection in both the appeals.

Mr. Somendu Roy, learned counsel for the appellant seeks

time as the objection petition has not yet been served upon him.

Mr. Debalay Bhattacharya, learned Government Advocate

prays for and is allowed one week time to file objection petition.

Matter be listed on 01.06.2023.
