Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The appeal suffers from a delay of 96 days for condonation of
which IA No.01 of 2022 has been preferred. There is no serious opposition
to the prayer since the main issue decided by the learned Writ Court is now
no longer res integra in view of subsequent judgments rendered by this
Court as affirmed in appeal and upheld vide judgment dated 09.01.2023 in
Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.8546 of 2022 [Annexure-9].
As such, delay is condoned.
Application stands disposed of.
