Heard Mr. S. Lodh, learned counsel appearing for the appellant. From the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as from the records it is established that there is alternative pathway for free ingress and egress of the appellant from her house.

In view of this, the judgment and decree passed by the Courts below do not call for interference.

Accordingly, the present second appeal stands dismissed.
