HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. APARESH KUMAR SINGH _O_ R_ D_ E_ R_ 05/07/2023 The appeal has been filed by the insurance company

aggrieved by the judgment and award dated 06.02.2023 passed by the

learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, West Tripura,

Agartala in TS(MAC) No.44 of 2020 wherein the claimant has been held

entitled to an award of Rs.23,60,400/- along with 9% per annum from the

date of presentation of the claim petition before the Tribunal on

11.03.2020 till realization.

Let notice be issued upon the respondents in the delay

condonation petition as also in the main appeal and in the stay petition

under ordinary process and registered cover with A/D for which

requisites be filed within one week.

Notice is made returnable on 04.08.2023.
