31.08.2023 Order The wife is aggrieved by the judgment and decree of divorce passed by the learned Additional Judge, Family Court, Agartala, West Tripura, in connection with Title Suit (Div) No.384 of 2019 vide judgment dated 18.05.2023 and decree dated 29.05.2023 whereby the marriage between the parties was dissolved.

Issue notice on the respondent under ordinary process and registered cover with A.D. at the address in Tripura and through Speed Post at the address of Jorhat, Assam for which requisites be filed within one week.

Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to supply the e- mail address of the respondent to the Registry.

Notice be also effected through e-mail upon the respondent. E-mail address also be supplied within a week. Notice is made returnable on 12.10.2023. List on 12.10.2023.

31.08.2023 Order The wife is aggrieved by the judgment and decree of Restitution of Conjugal Rights passed by the learned Additional Judge, Family Court, Agartala, West Tripura, in connection with Title Suit (RCR) No.05 of 2020 vide judgment dated 18.05.2023 and decree dated 29.05.2023 whereby the Restitution of Conjugal Rights between the parties was dismissed.

Issue notice on the respondent under ordinary process and registered cover with A.D. at the address in Tripura and through Speed Post at the address of Jorhat, Assam for which requisites be filed within a week.
