The officer, as was asked for, is present before this court. His

presence in future is dispensed with.

Mr. D. Bhattacharee, learned GA for the respondents places on record

the proceedings and also files an affidavit indicating that the order dated

18.02.2022 passed in WP(C) 78 of 2021 has been complied with and further prays

to close the contempt case.

In contrast, Mr. A. Bhowmik, learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that the order dated 18.02.2022 passed in WP(C) 78 of 2021 has not

been complied strictly in terms of the judgment. This needs to be examined

thoroughly by this court for better adjudication.

Therefore, list the matter for final hearing in usual course.
