been passed by the LA Collector has been stayed by the order

dated 05.10.2021 delivered in WA No.268 of 2021.

respondents.

It is made absolutely clear that the writ petition is

maintainable but its outcome may be contingent upon the result

of the writ appeal. As such, the issue of maintainability is closed.
