Mr. A. De, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has

submitted that the judgment dated 19.03.2021 delivered in WP(C)No.703 of 2019

has been challenged before the writ appellate court. But no order staying the

operation of the judgment is available. Mr. De, learned counsel has fairly

submitted that the writ appeal is yet to be listed for admission.

It is made absolutely clear that if the order of stay is not produced

on the next date, this writ petition will be decided on considering the said

judgment.
