This Court had passed a detailed judgment and order on 15.02.2022 in the instant petition and the same was uploaded in the official website. Subsequently, it was noticed by this Court that certain inadvertent mistakes had crept in the said judgment and order. Accordingly, those mistakes were corrected and the corrected copy of the judgment and order was again uploaded by deleting the earlier judgment and order.
