This application has been filed under Section-15 of the Code of Civil Procedure read with Section-173 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 seeking for an order for dispensing with filing of the certified copy of the judgment and award dated 17.12.2021 passed by the learned Member, MACT (Tribunal No.2), West Tripura, Agartala in case No.T.S.(MAC) 146 of 2016 in preferring the appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application and in view of the submissions made before this Court, the present petition stands allowed and disposed of.
