Learned counsel appearing for the appellant is requested to obtain

instructions as to whether any appeal has been filed by the present appellant

against the judgment and order passed by the LA Judge, Sepahijala district in

Misc(LA) App. No.12 of 2014 which was disposed of by judgment dated 20-4-

2019.

Matters shall be listed on 18.8.2022.

In the meantime, the Registry is also directed to submit the report

before this Court as to whether any appeal has been filed against the said LA

Appeal before this Court.
