Heard Mr. D Debbarma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
This is petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India alleging wilful disobedience demonstrated by the respondents by not complying the judgment and order dated 06.12.2019 delivered in WP(C) No.302/2016 (Annexure-3 of this petition), which has been affirmed by the judgment dated 16.12.2020 delivered in WA No.30/2020 (Annexure-4 of this petition).
Issue notice calling upon the respondents to show cause as to why a contempt proceeding shall not be drawn for the alleged wilful and deliberate violation of the direction of this court, as afore-stated; and/or as to why such further and other order(s) shall not be passed as this court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
Notice is made returnable on 20.08.2021.
