This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of delay of 292 days in preferring the connected appeal against the impugned judgment and order of acquittal dated 17.12.2019, passed in ST(Type-1) 12 of 2015.

Mrs. S. Chakraborty, learned counsel appears for the accused-respondent.

Delay being sufficiently explained stands condoned. The IA accordingly stands disposed of.
