Interim order staying the operation of the judgment and decree dated 17.04.2018 passed by the learned Addl. District Judge, Unakoti Judicial District, Kailashahar in T.A.02 of 2017 stands continued.

Consequently, the Execution proceeding bearing No. Ex 02 (T)/2017 arising out of the judgment dated 02.12.2016 and decree thereof passed in Title Suit No. 01(CC) of 2016 by the learned Civil Judge, Sr. Division , Kailashahar, Unakoti Judicial District shall remain suspended till disposal of this second appeal. However, an endeavour shall be taken to dispose of the appeal expeditiously.

List it accordingly.
