Heard Mr. SM Chakraborty, learned Sr. counsel appearing for the applicants.

None appears for the respondents. This is an application for withdrawing a sum of Rs.3,76,994/- which has been deposited by the respondent No.1, who was the appellant in the LA Appeal No.15/2014.

In terms of the judgment and order, passed in the said appeal on 17.11.2017, the appellants (the respondents herein) have deposited the said amount.

By means of this application, the applicants have prayed before this court for withdrawal.

Prayer stands allowed.

Registry is directed to release the said amount in favour of the petitioners following the due process. Needless to say that both the applicants shall receive the amount in equal share.

In terms of the above this application stands allowed and disposed of.
