Heard Ms.G.Uma Rani, learned Counsel for the petitioner

and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-Home

appearing for the respondents. Perused the material on record.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Writ

Petition (TR) is filed questioning the proceedings in DO.No.5217,

No.L&O/B3/255/2009 dated 23.08.2012 issued by the

respondent No.1, removing the petitioner from service without

considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner as well as

the evidence adduced by the witnesses, including the petitioner's

brother and sister, as illegal and arbitrary.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the

charge memo against the petitioner was issued in view of his

involvement in Cr.No.181/2009 and the same was numbered as

Sessions Case No.367 of 2011 on the file of the V Additional

Metropolitan Sessions Judge (Mahila Court), at Hyderabad.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that,

subsequent to the filing of this instant Writ Petition (TR), the

competent Criminal Court disposed of the S.C.No.367 of 2011 on

24.11.2014 by acquitting the petitioner. In view of the same,

learned Counsel for the petitioner requested to grant liberty to the

petitioner to make a representation to the competent authority for

reconsideration of his case for reinstatement into service in view of

disposal of S.C.No.367 of 2011 vide Judgment dated 24.11.2014

on the file of the V Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge (Mahila

Court), at Hyderabad.

5. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader

for Services-Home, basing on the written instructions issued by

the respondent No.1-Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, dated

10.02.2026, submits that the petitioner filed the present Writ

Petition (TR) without approaching the appropriate authority by

filing a representation. Moreover, the petitioner has not made any

representation subsequent to the disposal of the criminal case. If

the petitioner makes a representation to the competent authority

for reconsideration of his case, the respondent authorities will

consider the same and pass appropriate orders as per law. In

view of the same, learned Assistant Government Pleader requested

this Court to pass appropriate orders.

6. In view of the submissions made by both sides, without

going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition (TR) is disposed

of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the

respondent authorities for reconsideration of his case for

reinstatement into service in view of his acquittal in S.C.No.367 of

2011 vide Judgment dated 24.11.2014 on the file of the V

Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge (Mahila Court), at

Hyderabad. Upon receipt of such representation, the respondent

authorities are directed to consider and dispose of the same in

accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner.

7. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ

Petition (TR), shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to

costs.
