                                    ORDER

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of the

order dated 03.12.2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition

No.33886 of 2024.

2. This Court vide order dated 03.12.2024 disposed of

W.P.No. 33886 of 2024, which reads as follows:

"4. A reading of the impugned order would reveal that the respondent authorities have not furnished any reasons and they have not taken into consideration of the documents enclosed in support of the petitioner's claim for deletion of the subject land from the list of prohibited properties. Since the impugned order is not in consonance with the principles of natural justice, the same is liable to be set aside and accordingly, the same is set aside and the respondent authorities are directed to re-examine the application Nos.2300024931 and 2400021909, submitted by the petitioner strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 duly taking into consideration of the documents enclosed in support of his claim and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law and communicate the same to the

petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned

Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the

respondents submitted that the respondents have complied with the

orders dated 03.12.2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition

No.33886 of 2024 and deleted the subject property from the list of

the prohibited properties under the provisions of Registration Act,

1908 and therefore, prayed for closure of the Contempt Case.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Contempt Case is

closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
