  ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya

Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha (for short 'BNSS, 2023) seeking quashment

of the proceedings against the petitioners-accused Nos.3 and 4 in

C.C.No.351 of 2024 on the file of the learned XV Additional Chief

Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad.

2. The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.3 and 4 in

C.C.No.351 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A

and 506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry

Prohibition Act.

3. None appeared for the petitioners.

4. Heard Mr.M.Vivekanada Reddy, learned Additional Public

Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-State.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits

that during pendency of this petition, C.C.No.351 of 2024, was

considered by the learned XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate

at Hyderabad, and the matter was discharged on 14.07.2025 and the

grievance of the petitioner-accused has been effectively redressed,

hence, prayed for dismissal of the petition.

6. I have perused the material available on record.

7. Having regard to the relief sought by the petitioner and the

developments that transpired during the pendency of this petition,

particularly the fact that the Calendar Case itself has been closed, as

the offences have been compounded, it is evident that nothing further

remains in this matter for adjudication.

8. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall

stand closed.
