  ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C, 1973) seeking to quash the

proceedings against the petitioner-accused No.1 in C.C.No.910 of 2021 on

the file of the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class,

Gadwal, Jogulamba-Gadwal District.

2. The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1 in C.C.No.910 of 2021,

registered for the offences under Sections 34, 448, 504 and 506 of

Indian Penal Code.

3. None appeared for the petitioner.

4. Heard Mr.M.Vivekanada Reddy, learned Additional Public

Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-State.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits

that the parties have amicably settled their disputes before the Lok

Adalat and that the offences in C.C. No.910 of 2021 were compounded

on 23.07.2025 before the Court, Gadwal. Thus, nothing further remains

in this matter for consideration, and he prays for dismissal of the

petition.

6. I have perused the material available on record.

7. Having regard to the relief sought by the petitioner and the

developments that transpired during the pendency of this petition,

particularly the fact that the Calendar Case itself has been closed, as

the offences have been compounded, it is evident that nothing further

remains in this matter for adjudication.

8. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall

stand closed.
