Heard Sri K. Ujwal Babu, learned counsel for the

petitioner and Sri C. Raja Sekhar Reddy, leaned Standing

Counsel for the respondent No.2.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner is questioning the action of the respondent No.2

in not considering his representation dated 24.03.2026 for

re-evaluation/recounting of the written examination

answer script pertaining to Telangana Forensic Science

Laboratory (FSL) Examination with Registration

No.5501110 and Hall Ticket No.251162 for the post of

Scientific Assistant (Chemical) under Orthopedically

Handicapped (OH) category as illegal and arbitrary and

requested to direct the respondent No.2 to re-

evaluate/recount the written examination answer script of

petitioner.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.2

has produced written instructions in

Rc.No.90/Rect/Admn.2/2026 dated 13.04.2026 and

submits that there is no provision for re-evaluation of

answer sheet. However, the marks secured by the

petitioner for each question attempted by him will be re-

counted and informed to the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Standing

Counsel for the respondent No.2, the Writ Petition is

disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to consider the

representation of petitioner dated 24.03.2026 by

recounting the marks of petitioner and pass appropriate

orders within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a

copy of this order and communicate the same to the

petitioner. No order as to costs.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Writ

Petition, shall stand closed.
