ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the land

admeasuring Ac.0.29 guntas, Sy.No.114/A, Gattuppal Village and

Mandal, Nalgonda District, on the strength of the pattadar pass

book bearing No.T28040011623. As there are disputes with regard

to boundaries with the neighbours, the petitioner submitted F-Line

application No.DER022401043467 dated 27.04.2024 vide

Transaction ID No.TTDER022401043467. As there is delay on the

part of the respondent authorities in considering the F-Line

application, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue

submitted that the application of the petitioner will be duly

considered in accordance with law.

4. In the circumstances, without going into the merits of the

case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the

respondents No.5 and 6 to consider the F-Line application

No.DER022401043467 dated 27.04.2024 vide Transaction ID

No.TTDER022401043467, submitted by the petitioner seeking

survey and demarcation in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0.29

guntas, Sy.No.114/A, Gattuppal Village and Mandal, Nalgonda

District, by affording opportunity to the petitioner and other

interested persons and pass orders within a period of forty five (45)

days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
