Heard Mr. Sankalp Pissay, learned counsel for the petitioners;

Mr. L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing

for respondents No.1 to 4; Mr. M.V.Durga Prasad, learned counsel for

respondents No.5 to 9; and perused the material on record.

2. Learned counsel for respondents No.5 to 9 takes preliminary objection to

the maintainability of the writ petition and submitted that notice No.D1/568/2026

dated 17.03.2026 was issued by respondent No.2 in compliance of the order

dated 06.02.2026 passed by this Court in W.P. No.3660 of 2026. In fact,

the petitioners are arrayed as respondents in the said proceedings and notices

have been issued to them. The petitioners submitted representation/objections

dated 24.03.2026 to the notice which was issued for conducting enquiry in

connection with the online applications submitted by respondents No.5 to 9

seeking rectification of revenue entries and mutation of their names in the

revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring 5513.18 square yards in

Survey No.723 and 724/C, situated at Bommakal Village, Karimanagar Rural,

Karimanagar District.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have

been dispossessed from the subject land, as such, they filed suit in O.S. No.5 of

2026 before the learned II Additional District Judge, Karimnagar for declaration

and recovery of possession in respect of the subject land. The petitioners

submitted representation dated 24.03.2026 to the respondent authorities not to

entertain any application for mutation or succession.

4. However, taking note of the fact that the impugned notice has been issued

on application filed by respondents No.5 to 9 and in compliance of the order

dated 06.02.2026 passed by this Court in W.P. No.3660 of 2026, this Court is not

inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed

of giving liberty to the petitioners to submit objections if so far not submitted to

the notice dated 17.03.2026. On receipt of such objections, the respondent

authorities shall consider the same by giving opportunity of hearing to the

petitioners and to all other concerned/interested persons, and pass appropriate

orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks thereof. There

shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ

petition, stand closed.
