JUDGMENT:

(Per Hon'ble Justice Moushumi Bhattacharya)

1. All the parties are represented.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the parties submits that the

dispute between the parties has been settled by way of Lok Adalat

Award dated 13.09.2025. The Award is placed before us. In view

of the findings in the Award and the conclusions arrived at by the

parties, nothing further remains in the present COMCA.

3. COMCA No.2 of 2025, along with all connected applications,

is accordingly disposed of in terms of the Lok Adalat Award dated

13.09.2025. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. There

shall be no order as to costs.
