JUDGMENT:

1. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant/Insurance

Company and learned counsel appearing for the respondent

No.1/claimant submit that the parties have settled the matter

out of the Court and a Joint Memo has been filed pursuant to

the same.

2. The Joint Memo dated 18.08.2025 is placed before us.

The Joint Memo records that the respondent No.1 has agreed to

settle the dispute by agreeing to forgo certain amount out of the

awarded amount.

3. MACMA No.641 of 2025, along with all connected

applications, is accordingly disposed of in terms of the above.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. There shall be no

order as to costs.
