APPEAL SUIT No.267 of 2025
JUDGMENT:
Heard Sri S. Srinivasa Chary, learned counsel for the
appellants and Sri Gurram Venkat Ramana, learned counsel for
respondent. Perused the record.
2. The present appeal is preferred aggrieved by the judgment
and decree dated 21.02.2025 in O.S.No.14 of 2023 on the file of the
II Additional District and Sessions Judge at Huzurnagar.
3. During the pendency of the appeal, the parties have filed an
application along with joint compromise memo to refer the matter
to Legal Services Committee for settlement. Accordingly, the matter
was referred to Legal Service Committee and a mediator was
appointed.
4. The report of mediator dated 30.07.2025 has been filed along
with terms and conditions of compromise dated 29.07.2025 in the
present appeal, which shows that the mediation has been
successful and the parties have crystallized the terms of
compromise as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the
mediation report.

5. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the
compromise entered in between the parties vide mediation report
dated 30.07.2025. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
