                 APPEAL SUIT NO.619 OF 2007

JUDGMENT:

This appeal suit is filed by the appellants aggrieved by the

judgment and decree dated 30.06.2007 passed in O.S.No.42 of

2000 by the Senior Civil Judge at Sangareddy.

There was no representation on behalf of the appellants

since 2023. When the matter was listed on 12.03.2025, there

was no representation on behalf of the appellants. Hence, the

matter was directed to be listed today under the caption for

dismissal. Today also when the matter is called, there is no

representation on behalf of the appellants in the forenoon and

also in the afternoon session. Hence, the Appeal Suit is

dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed.
