JUDGMENT:

There has been no representation on behalf of the appellants

for the past two adjournments, although the matter was posted

conditionally for today. It seems that the appellants are not

interested in pursuing the matter.

Accordingly, the City Civil Court Appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any

pending, shall stand closed.
