COMMON JUDGMENT (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Sujoy Paul):
Sri P.S. Rajasekhar, learned Standing Counsel for
Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC), for the
appellant and Ms. M. Vanajakshi, learned counsel for
respondent No.1 in all the appeals.
2. Although, W.A.No.270 of 2025 is yet to be listed, on
the submission of learned counsel for the appellant that this
appeal is also filed against the similar order as in
W.A.Nos.271 and 272 of 2025, this appeal is also taken up
today itself for disposal along with W.A.Nos.271 and 272 of
2025.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in
the present writ appeals, the impugned orders of learned
Single Judge have been complied with and there remains
nothing for adjudication. Therefore, he seeks to withdraw
these appeals.
4. The other side has no objection.
5. Accordingly, these Writ Appeals are dismissed as
withdrawn. No costs.
Interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall also
stand closed.
