         CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.526 of 2014

JUDGMENT:

None appears for appellant, inspite of matter being

2. On 13.06.2025, the matter was posted under the

caption 'for dismissal'. As a last opportunity, today the

matter was posted under the same caption, there is no

appearance on behalf of appellant-Insurance company.

3. In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is

dismissed for Non-Prosecution. There shall be no order as
