When the matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel

for the petitioners had informed the Court that the issue raised in

all these Appeals are squarely covered by the common judgment,

dated 29.04.2025, passed by this Court in L.A.A.S.No.57 of 2024

and batch and by following the aforesaid common judgment, all

these Appeals are also liable to be disposed of.

2. In view of the said submissions, this Court is of the

considered view that all these Appeals also deserve to be disposed

of by following the aforesaid common judgment, dated

29.04.2025, passed by this Court in L.A.A.S.No.57 of 2024 and

batch.

3. Accordingly, all these Appeals are disposed of following the

aforesaid common judgment, dated 29.04.2025, passed by this

Court in L.A.A.S.No.57 of 2024 and batch. There shall be no

order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these appeals

shall stand closed.
